Care instructions

Wood Flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and out of high humidity areas/moisture. These flowers can mold. Wood flowers do not attract a lot of dust, but if you need to dust them off, simply blow them off with soft air from a blow dryer or a spray can from a distance.

Do you except returns?

All wood flower sales are FINAL and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact us with any questions or concerns within 48 hours of receiving your order. We take all precautions to make sure that your flowers arrive to you as safe as possible. Unfortunately the shipping process is unpredictable and accidents do happen. If there are any issues with your wood flowers upon arrival to you, please notify us immediately with pictures of any and all damage so that we can work together to find the best solution.

What are wood flowers made of?

Our wood flowers are made from the thin wood shavings of tapioca plants. They are commonly referred to as sola wood or balsa wood flowers. All flowers are made by hand and no two are EVER alike and small imperfections are possible on every single flower. Just like real flowers, wood flowers will naturally shed petals as they are moved and arranged. Cracks, chips, or tears in the petals are 100% normal.

My flowers arrived damaged what should I do?

Please message us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your flowers.

Sizing details

All bouquet sizes are approximate. We measure each bouquets diameter from the top with a ruler from the widest flower to the widest flower. Some bouquets are not round and the diameter is taken from the widest side. Even though we try to be as accurate as possible, human error does occur and if there are any questions about the size of your bouquet, please message us.

Flower Color

All flowers are hand dyed by us using custom paint mixed by us. Batch colors may vary from batch to batch. If ordering your flowers in segments, be aware that there may be color variations due to the flowers being dyed at different times. If wanting everything to match exactly, we DO NOT recommend ordering items at separate times.
